I wish to place on record my appreciation for the work done by the team replacing the windows in Unit 1201.
The quality of their work is excellent. Every one of the group to whom I spoke (and I think this was all of them or close to it) were unfailingly polite, courteous and friendly. They went out of their way to help in any manner they could. They certainly exceeded my expectations to a very high degree. I cannot speak too highly of every aspect of their performance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing work of the type they have performed in Tank Tower in what I expect were difficult circumstances working around occupiers of units.
